Chestnuts Roasting... in a Giant Wok?

I've obviously been absent lately and it's all work's fault! Not that I'm complaining, things at Albens Cider are going great. I'm going to be making time to write, so I'll have a lot to share in the coming months, including my holiday adventures in the Philippines, some cidery fun, plenty of wine information, and hopefully some surf stories.

In the meantime, I hope everyone has a great holiday season. Enjoy those chestnuts however you cook them.
